We are looking for a tech-savvy leader with a passion for music and a knack for building exceptional software systems for our client. You are a dynamic Tech Lead who will steer our distributed agile development team and work closely with our customer in the music industry. It is the start of an important collaboration, and system architecture will focus on a new customer segmentation. You will be the link between the new team and the customer and set the design for the future. We need someone who is ready to take the lead in a dynamic, music-infused environment, where innovation and creativity are the keys to success.

You must be a Swedish, Nordic, EEA or EU citizen, be a permanent resident in Sweden or have an EU blue card issued in Sweden.

You must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per week.

Key experience and qualifications required

As Tech Lead, you'll be the guiding force behind development endeavours. You must have all of the following experience and competencies which must be evidenced in your CV:

• System Maestro: You're a maestro with 10+ years of experience when it comes to system design and architecture with the ability to envision and craft robust, scalable systems.
• Leadership Luminary: You're a visionary leader who can inspire and guide a distributed team to success. Your leadership skills set the tone for our agile journey.
• Tech Guru: You're hands-on and fluent in languages like Python, Django, and front-end development. You have extensive cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Communications: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you've got a toolbox full of strategies to keep our agile delivery humming along efficiently.

Valuable experience and qualifications

Having experience in and proficiency in the following will make you stand out and must be evidenced in your CV:

• Really a leader (within tech)
• Really an experienced system designer (meaning many years of working in different settings to have learned solving problems in different ways, knowing what works well and not)
• Should have the technical experience (hands on) in the required tech stack
• Strong communication skills and having a toolbox to know how to get delivery done effectively (agile of course)
